Great dive bar!

This place is a great placevtoo hang out. No one starting trouble nor any kind of drama. The dj plays great music.

The only thing better than an awesome "hole in the wall" taco joint is a bar of the same type! No tacos (though you can get them two doors down), but this place embodies a Cheers-like atmosphere, where everybody knows your name, and the bartenders remember your favorite beverages.Of course, you can't go by "Velvet Elvis" without living up to the name, and sweetening the atmosphere with the presence of Marilyn, James and others never forgotten.Though Velvet Elvis is definitely a "stop by on the way home from work" wind down kind of chill place for me, with good bartender's choice music playlists or patron's picks, they provide evening entertainment with solid bands, grooving DJs and karaoke!If they added a popcorn machine, I'd give my favorite dive bar 5 stars!

Visited twice. Drinks are good. Bartender's nice. Have a pool table. Music a little loud. Knocked off two stars for drug deals going on out back on the patio during my last visit. If I see it again, I won't go back.

This bar has wonderful people and atmosphere to be around i will recommend great vibes all the time

It's a great place to chill with friends and family...

I had a great time. The music was pretty good, the drinks were awesome, and the bartenders were great. I will definitely be back again and again
